Refund Policy

You have a 14-day full right of return for items purchased on our webshop.
The period is calculated from the day you receive your order. You are responsible for any return shipping costs, and you choose the carrier.
Cancellations must be reported to us no later than 14 days after purchase, and from the time of cancellation, the order must be in our possession no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal.
Notification must be sent by email to info@weedshop.dk, where you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

It is up to SSIE ApS to assess the condition of the item. If the item's packaging is broken beyond what is necessary to determine the item's nature, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will not receive any of the purchase amount back.
