Payment
All amounts shown on the website are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery costs.
SSIE ApS accepts online payments with; [Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard]. We do not charge any transaction fees on your purchase.
The payment for the order will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
SSIE ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information, which means the connection is completely secure.
Delivery
We deliver goods within Europe, including to private addresses in Denmark and Sweden (excluding Faroe Islands and Greenland).
Delivery time is typically 1–3 business days in Denmark. For deliveries to other countries in Europe, delivery time can be up to 7–8 business days.
For orders placed on weekends and public holidays, the order will be shipped on the next business day.
Orders placed on weekdays before 13:00 will be shipped the same day. Should there be an extended delivery time in special cases, this will be communicated.
We deliver with Burd, GLS, DAO and PostNord. In some cases, delivery may be with other carriers, depending on the destination.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal
A 14-day full right of return is granted for items purchased in our webshop.
The period is calculated from the day you receive your order. You are responsible for any return costs, just as the choice of carrier is yours.
Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after purchase, and from the cancellation, the order must be in our possession no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal.
Notification must be given by email to support@weedshop.dk, where you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. Photo documentation must also be sent to support@weedshop.dk, showing that the package has been returned to us.
It is up to SSIE ApS to assess the condition of the item. If the item has been tried to determine its nature, it is considered used and of depreciated value. This means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will receive none of the purchase amount back.
Cancellation and Refund
To cancel an order, please contact our support team via email at: support@weedshop.dk.

If your order is canceled before it has been shipped, you will not be charged any amount.

If the order has been packed and a tracking code has been sent, and the order is subsequently canceled, shipping costs will be considered expenses already incurred. These costs will therefore be deducted from the total order amount, regardless of the order size.

In case of delivery delays caused by the shipping company, the above conditions will also apply.
Right to Complain
According to Danish sales law, a 2-year right to complain is granted on products. Complaints apply to defects in material and/or manufacturing.
Complaints must be notified to SSIE ApS within a reasonable time after receipt of the item. Here, 7 days is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product.
SSIE ApS covers return costs to a reasonable extent. We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.
Privacy Policy
When you purchase an item and provide the information yourself, we receive customer data. As a data controller, we process your personal data securely and confidentially. Your personal data will only be used and stored for the purposes for which it was collected.
We use third parties to process some of our information, among other things in our freight handling, which is not developed by SSIE ApS. We have entered into data processing agreements with our partners as a guarantee that they comply with current regulations on the protection of personal data.
Laboratory Analyses and Cannabinoid Content
We strive to ensure the quality of the cannabis products we offer. All our products undergo laboratory analyses to determine the content of various cannabinoids. However, it should be noted that the published test results are only indicative.
Variability in Content

Batch-level: Although we take all necessary precautions to ensure consistency, minor variations in cannabinoid content may occur from batch to batch.

Analysis Method: Laboratory analyses are based on samples of the product. Especially for products infused with specific cannabinoids, variability in concentration may occur in smaller samples. This means that the actual concentration of a given cannabinoid in the product may vary from what is stated in the laboratory result.

Infused Products: It is important to emphasize that all infused products have been supplied with the stated amount, according to the product declaration, of the specific cannabinoid during production. In relation to the infused cannabinoid, the stated percentage is therefore accurate.
