The resin was harvested by rolling hands around the plant until the resin stuck to the hands. This hash resin was then kneaded until it formed a less sticky "tjald-hash" lump. Since no part of the plant was picked during this process, the original plant was preserved, and only the resin of the cannabis plant was harvested.
